Holiday Support Applications
Do you need help this Holiday season? Cooks Hill will be processing a limited number of requests for Christmas Gifts for kids 12 and under, we will let you know by December 10th, 2025 if you’ve been accepted for the Toy Application.
*Incomplete applications will not be considered. Past Applicants who did not pick up their gifts will not be accepted. Sign up is not available by phone or email. Digital Form must be submitted for consideration. *Cooks Hill processes more requests then we can fulfill, filling out the application is not a guarantee for support.Thanksgiving Meal Box Program
If you need some help with a Thanksgiving Meal this year, consider applying for a full thanksgiving meal box through Cooks Hill! We’ll let you know by November 10th, 2025 if you’ve been accepted for the meal box at Cooks Hill. Past applicants who did not pick up their meal box will not be accepted this year.
