Romans 11:33-36 says “Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out! “Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor?” “Who has ever given to God, that God should repay them?” For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen.” In the darkest storms of life may we learn to trust in our heavenly Father and believe in the depth of our hearts the words of Jeremiah 29:11 “I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope.” Obviously, this doesn’t mean things will always work out the way we might want them to, but we can trust our lives into the hands of the one who said He would take all things that come into our lives and work them together for good if we love Him and are called according to His purposes. This may be the greatest demonstration of the life of Christ within us to a watching world. To be at peace and relying on God to help us no matter the circumstances. If you lack this trust ask God to help you, but please be aware, trust is built in stormy times.
