Missions
Missions
Missions is for any one who wants to share the love of Jesus with others around the world and disciple them. Jesus told his disciples, “But the Holy Spirit will come upon you and give you power. Then you will tell everyone about me in Jerusalem, in all Judea, in Samaria, and everywhere in the world." (Acts 1:8 , CEV) We support Missions through prayer, financial giving, and going on short term missions. We are committed to help local ministries as well as field missionaries.

One word of caution: be sure you have plenty of time to explore it.

Jesus told His disciples, “Look up and see
the harvest. The fields are ripe for harvest.”  It is God’s will that none should die, but that all would come to Him. Why don’t we just look up as Jesus told His disciples to do and wrap our lives around what God is already doing? Where do you see God at work in your school? Where do you see God’s hand in your youth group and church? Where do you see God’s will being accomplished around the world in global missions? See what God is doing and then get busy!

Here is an article Ryan Willson wrote about the power of prayer in Africa. He is one of our 5 missionary partners. The others are Julie Yerger, Phyllis Sortor, Brian & Laurie Yost, and Sunil Sardar.
